The flood in 2020 did not come anywhere close to causing the destruction of the one five years earlier. The newly built defensive barrier helped significantly and the water which came on to the site seeped in from the side. It was an annoyance to the tenants affected but it disappeared as quickly as it came with no structural damage caused.
